Meet Traci, our secretary. Traci handles the  daily operations of the front office and  is a      very important part of our team. Upon check-in  she will give you a new patient packet and may   ask you to fill out a short questionnaire regarding  any health concerns you may have.  Prepare to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance,  this helps keep the doctor on schedule and   and reduces your wait time.                                     Please bring any medications you are taking,                                     your driver's license and your insurance card.                                    After you have completed your paperwork, the                                   nurse will escort you to an exam room to take                                    your vitals and obtain a brief medical history,                                   The doctor will do an examination and discuss                                   your plan of treatment, which may include labs                                   or other diagnostic testing. A follow-up                                   appointment may be given to discuss the results,                                   It is important for you to follow the plan of                                    treatment your doctor has prescribed.
