Dr. Cork was born and raised in the Daytona area. He graduated from Seabreeze High School in 1975. He has been married to his wife Mary for 25 years and has four children, ages 21, 18, 16 and 10.
He attended the University of Florida and obtained his Degree in Pharmacy in 1985. While working as a pharmacist and raising his family, he returned to medical school and obtained a Degree in Osteopathic Medicine in 1995.
During his 3 year family practice residency, he was named Chief Intern, Chief Resident and earned numerous awards for outstanding performance and dedication.
Since completing his residency, he has worked as an Emergency Room Physician, Medical Director of the Residency Program and as a provider in primary care.
